Regions

     Even though Tokyo is one of the most famous cities of Japan there are many other cities quite similar to Tokyo. For example Saitama is in the Greater Tokyo Bay Area and is only 15-30 kilometers north of Tokyo. Many residents from either city commute with each other constantly. Both cities share many of the characteristics. For instance both cities are in the the major land form known as the Kanto plains. Which is great for agriculture, such as farmings and livestock. Osaka, another city is known as Japan's third largest city by population with of course Tokyo being the first. And many other cities much like these reside in Japan.
